המיצב i++ הוא חלל של צליל ואור שנולד מטרנספורמציה קיצונית של מערכת פיזיקלית-ריתמית שנבנתה בהשראת תנועת מטוטלת;

תופעה פיזיקלית פשוטה המייצרת תנועה מחזורית של עצם בעל מסה בהתאם לתכונותיה החומריות. כאשר מעמידים מספר מטוטלות בעלות מידות שונות אחת בסמוך לשניה מתקבלת תופעה מעניינת – כל מטוטלת נעה עצמאית בהתאם למידותיה אך ביחד הן מסוגלות לייצר מערכות יחסים אסתטיות שנעות הלוך ושוב בין סדר וכאוס.

המערכת הדיגיטלית שיושבת בבסיס המיצב משתמשת במערכות היחסים האלה ומתמירה אותן לכדי חווית אפיפות של אור וצליל.

An audio-visual work which explores the physical-rhythmical properties of the pendulum. A curious physical phenomenon occurs when a number of pendulums with different dimensions are set in motion next to each other: each pendulum moves individually based on its own properties, but together they create aesthetic relations that range between order and chaos.

If we were to concentrate on one pendulum only, we would notice a simple pattern of action, one that we could predict and replicate, but the bigger picture creates an intricate and unpredictable web of relationships – a polyrhythmic system with multiple components. The resulting arithmetic progression creates a series of unique encounters, which are converted into an immersive audio-visual experience.
